This remote was originally designed for z5500s but it is also compatible with z680s and is the only one available on the market for z680s. The 3 mode buttons are used to adjust the audio mode on z5500s so they won't work on z680s but all other buttons will work. If you have lost your original remote control and are looking for a replacement one, this is just your choice. Or you can buy it as a backup remote control while it is available.
